Don't just follow the fashion trend. Instead, use it as a reference to create your own personal style!
I am thrilled to have the exposure in fashion media! Thank you to the Walk Fashion Show for featuring me!
Ever since I was a child, I have always had a passion for fashion. I am heavily influenced by my mother and my aunt, who are both fashionable and loved to dress me up as a child-- from the day I was born!
Just like my music career, fashion has come naturally to me. My philosophy of fashion is that you can definitely take the hottest style trend or specific products to reference of your own personal style. However, it is not necessary to follow it if it doesn’t really fit you. What you need to do is to figure what looks good on you then choose to follow what fits you. In other words, finding what suits you best is what you should express through your own personal fashion sense. So long as you wear what your style truly is, you don’t need high tier goods-- you make affordable products high tier!
You make these products become something rather than these products making you someone!
As a renaissance woman who wears many hats in her career, I am often asked for interviews by local and international media networks. This interview in particular was a joy to participate in.
Middle Tennessee Music (MTM) is a content publishing site that highlights independent music across the globe. My contribution to help their mission in archiving and connecting indie music and indie musicians together with interviews like these was an honor.
Read this interview on "Does Tradition Exist In The 21st Century?" to discover how music has shaped me into the woman that I am today!
If you take a moment to pause and reflect, you'll realize that life really is a journey- an AMAZING journey!
What an incredible experience it was to be able to play in the iconic music venue Rockwood Music Hall in New York City!
I consider New York City to be the major turning point in my life. Living here, I truly understood what I wanted to do with my career at this moment of my life-- launch my blog, release music, and open up my e-shop! Although I’ve only lived here for two years, I owe so much of my inspiration and drive to this city! New York City has had such an affect on me and I am so grateful to call this place the destination of one of my latest concert! Read More »
Trust the timing of your life! Even if it doesn't seem like it at the time, the world is working in your favor!
New EP: The Journey On Earth, Vol. 2: Stories of Time
Vol:1 Unknown and Vol: 2 Stories of Time from my original musical series, The Journey on Earth, tell a story we are all too familiar with; that life is a journey and we are all living in a timeframe. I created these 4 Mandarin songs in Vol.2 during my twenties when I was living in Montreal, Canada. I then I arranged them after moving to New York City when I was 30 years old, and later went to Berlin for the post production process. During release date of Vol.1 in 2014, I was in the middle of moving from New York City to Milan, so I wasn’t able to showcase them to the world at that time. So, I have been waiting for Vol. 2 getting ready to release, then perform them all together!! Read More »
