Have you thought about What your fear really is? 

People tend to be scared about many things. Yes, It is normal! However, Please take some time to sit down and ask yourself honestly... What are they? Do they really exist? You can even write down why you are feeling in this way? Where is the fear coming from? Is it really as bad as you think? All of the sudden, you might find what is trapping you is not what it is. On contrary, what is trapping you is Just your Imagination, your own Thought!
